You are being invited to participate in a case study involving the use of native flower essences. The purpose is to document your experience with these natural remedies to better understand their effects on emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The documentation of this case study will be used by Teresa Goodin for the purpose of professional development and accreditation/registration as a Flower Essence Practitioner.
What participation in a Flower Essence Case Study involves:
One hour consultation in person at New Plymouth clinic or online via video call with Teresa Goodin. In exchange for your willingness to be a case study the consultation is free.
Teresa will create a customised flower essence remedy for you. Koha/donation is appreciated to cover the cost of the remedy.
If shipping of remedy is required, payment for this is the responsibility of the client.
Teresa will takes notes and observations for the purpose of the case study. All information provided remains strictly confidential.
The case study will be submitted to First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand for professional development purposes, but your identity will remain confidential. Your name and identifying details will be anonymised.
Approximately 4 weeks after the initial consultation Teresa will conduct a 30-minute follow up consultation with you to record your feedback from the flower essence therapy.
Flower essences are considered safe, non-invasive and have no contra-indications. You may experience emotional releases, insights, or shifts in awareness. While uncommon, some individuals may experience temporary intensification of emotions as part of the healing process. It is helpful if you keep a journal while you are taking the flower essence remedy.
For optimum results your flower essence remedy should be taken 3-4 times daily until finished. When taking a typical dose of 2-4 drops, 3-4 times a day the remedy will last approximately 4 weeks.
