KOHA CLINIC

Each month I offer koha (donation-based) plant medicine consultations for those who feel called to work with me and the wisdom of the native plants but may not be able to access a full-fee session. These sessions are offered in the spirit of generosity, with a donation for my time given at the end of the consultation according to what feels right for you.

During your session, a personalised plant remedy will be prepared and dispensed for you. A $35 deposit is required to book your consultation, which covers the cost of your remedy. For online sessions, the cost of postage is covered by the client and ranges from $8 for courier to $16 for rural delivery. Please note that the koha (donation) covers my time; the cost of the remedy and any postage is the responsibility of the client.

I offer three koha sessions each month, available on a first-come, first-served basis. To help keep these sessions accessible to as many people as possible, koha consultations are limited to three per person per year. Koha can be given by cash, eftpos, or bank transfer. Consultations are offered in person at my clinic in New Plymouth or online via Zoom.

Koha consultations are supported by the full-fee clients who book sessions with me. If you are in a position to pay the standard consultation fee, I warmly encourage you to do so, as this helps sustain my practice and allows me to continue offering koha sessions to those who need them.
