This vintage Kinchaku Kago (かごバッグ) features a woven, rigid bamboo lacquered basket base with a soft silk top. The drawstrings pull the bag closed at the top and create loops to act as handles. The Kinchaku Kago is often paired with summer Yukata or Kimono.
