This vintage silk Kinchaku bag (巾着) is a traditional Japanese drawstring pouch used to carry small personal items, coins, cosmetics, or bento boxes. The drawstrings pull the bag closed at the top and create loops to act as handles. The Kinchaku is often paired with summer Yukata or Kimono.
