A botanical brew crafted to honour the Solar Plexus chakra and promote joy, confidence, expansion and empowerment.

Directions: 
1 Tablespoon per cup. Add boiled water, infuse for 10-15mins, strain and enjoy. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a touch of honey to taste. Or drink it on its own!
