NAGA INCENSE COLLECTION (S.E. ASIA)
A curated offering of four sacred Southeast Asian botanicals, each honoured for its fragrance, spiritual potency, and long-held ritual significance. Hand-selected to soothe the mind, purify the spirit, uplift the heart, and support meditation, healing, and devotional practice.
In the mythologies of Southeast Asia, Naga refers to a serpent-deity associated with water, fertility, protection, and the unseen worlds. Revered as guardians of rivers, rain, and sacred places, the Nagas embody life-force energy, intuition, and spiritual renewal.
SUMATRAN BENZOIN | Styrax benzoin
Harvested from the Styrax benzoin tree of Sumatra, this resin offers a sweet, balsamic fragrance reminiscent of warm vanilla. Its comforting aroma helps relieve anxiety and emotional tension, uplifts the spirit, dispels anger, and clears the mind.
KEMENYAN | Styrax paralleloneurus
Known as Black Benzoin, Kemenyan is the darker, woodier sibling of Sumatran Benzoin. It is harvested from trees that grow in Malaysia and it has long been used in Malay folk healing to cleanse spaces, dispel intrusive or harmful energies, and offer protection.
DRAGON’S BLOOD | Daemonorops draco
Sourced from the Daemonorops draco rattan palm of Indonesia, this potent red resin is known locally as 'jernang'. Its powerful aroma carries notes of amber, spice, and soft vanilla. Traditionally burned in temples and village rituals for purification and blessing.
ELEMI | Canarium luzonicum
A sacred resin from the Pili tree of the Philippines, Elemi has a long tradition of use in devotional and healing practices. With its fresh, citrus-bright scent, Elemi clears mental fog, eases stress, and restores emotional equilibrium.
